Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, film set, conference, staff breakfast, or private event, Jimmy’s Coffee offers flexible catering options designed to keep your guests caffeinated and well fed.
We offer freshly brewed coffee in a variety of sizes to suit events both large and small:
• 96oz disposable takeaway boxes — serves 12
• 9.5L reusable insulated Cambro containers — serves 40
• 18L reusable insulated Cambro containers — serves 80
All coffee catering orders include cups, lids, stir sticks, sweeteners, milk, and all necessary condiments.
Looking for food as well? We offer a range of catering options including assorted pastry platters, sandwiches, wraps, and other baked goods. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available upon request.
We’re also working on bringing the full Jimmy’s experience on the road. Our mobile espresso cart is coming soon, offering freshly made espresso drinks right at your event. If you’re planning an upcoming event and would be interested in espresso cart service, let us know through our catering inquiry form. We’d love to hear more about what you’re looking for.

Catering FAQ

We recommend placing catering orders at least 1-week in advance. Larger orders, staffed events, and special requests may require additional notice. If you have a last-minute request, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. Delivery is available for catering orders within Toronto and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on location and order size. Pickup can also be arranged from select Jimmy’s Coffee locations.

Not sure what size you need? Tell us your estimated guest count and we can recommend the right amount of coffee for your event.

Yes. Depending on availability and the size of your event, we can provide a Jimmy to help serve coffee and keep everything stocked throughout the event.
